Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes early. That will give you time to get a complimentary beverage, disconnect from the concerns of your day-to-day life and tap in to the Cosabella energy. By arriving a bit early for your appointment, you help ensure our other clients are also served promptly and keep our salon overhead down.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Stylists work hard and often put in extra effort to help their clients look beautiful. Responding with a cash tip is certainly not required, but always appreciated.

Out of respect for other clients and in the interest of safety, if your children cannot sit or play quietly for the duration of your visit, we'll be happy to schedule an appointment for a time when it's convenient for you to come alone. Also out of concern for safety, please do not leave children unattended in our lobby. It is a high-traffic area and our receptionist is usually very busy and cannot be responsible for watching children. We appreciate your support of this policy.

Please make every effort to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your help in keeping our salon as efficient as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Coming Soon: An email reminder service to help you remember appointments!

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any hair service at Salon Cosabella, we will redo it free of charge until you are satisfied.

Salon Cosabella guarantees you'll be delighted with all products purchased at our salon. Your stylist will be happy to offer tips and demonstrate how to get the most out of your salon-quality products at home to achieve a beautiful just-from-the-salon look every day. If you try a product and are not satisfied with it, return it within 30 days and we will gladly replace it or offer an in-salon credit for the purchase price.

Prices for products and services at Salon Cosabella are subject to change without notice. If you have questions about prices, your stylist will be happy to answer them before services are delivered.
