APPRENTICE STYLIST
My name is Alex and I am a Colorado native and an Apprentice Stylist here at Salon Cosabella. I am passionate about the hair industry and love art and creating fun, bold, unique looks for my clients. I love helping clients feel beautiful inside and out and strive to make each client feel like the best version of themselves. I love the opportunity to create a safe space where each person can be completely open and honest with me. I specialize in vivid colors, blonding, balayage, and gray coverage.
When I'm not behind the chair, I devote time to ongoing education and training, ensuring I remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving beauty industry. My goal is simple: to inspire confidence and bring out the best in each person who trusts me with their hair journey.
I am currently accepting new clients for discounted services during the final stage of my training. I will be perfecting my craft under the expert supervision of one of our experienced artists. Please understand that this is an educational experience and will vary from the full-service salon experience and duration.

I think I’m best a styling hair for special occasions. It's something I've naturally had a knack for from the beginning. I also feel I'm great at giving clients natural, low maintenance hair color that will grow in beautifully.
I find inspiration in my everyday life. I'm a stylist so naturally I notice hair everywhere I go. I also think social media is a great way to get inspired to try new things. Just like clients, I browse Pinterest hair boards and follow hair pages on Instagram. I feel by doing so I am always up-to-date with what is current and trendy for my clients. What sets me apart in this industry would be my eagerness to exceed my client's wishes. I do that by providing a thoughtful consultation. Farron is a Colorado native, a CrossFit lover, an artist at heart and has a huge passion for her career! She joined Salon Cosabella over 3 years ago while she was persuing her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. She loved her time in Boulder studying environmental design and spending time with her Pi Phi sorority sisters. After she completed her degree, she enrolled at Paul Mitchell the School so that she could chase her dreams of becoming a hairdresser, and she loves everything about it!
Farron is an absolute ray of sunshine, and she brings her passion for art and creativity to everything she does in the salon. Farron loves to make people feel great about themselves, knows how to listen and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
While at Salon Cosabella she has gained deep experience and knowledge in blonding, coloring, and haircutting. As an apprentice stylist, she continues to learn from everyone on our team. She has a passion for learning and is a natural talent who has everything it takes to be successful in our industry. Her dedication and work ethic will take her far!

I love my job! I have been doing hair for over 20 years and I love every second of it. I believe one of the most rewarding things in life is to help my clients feel beautiful and I take that into each appointment. I find my inspiration through current fashion and social trends but I am most inspired by the people around me. From the young and creative styles of my children and their friends, to the amazing stylists that I work with everyday. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't learn something new from one of the creative people on my staff. I feel so lucky that we can grow together and inspire each other every day. I have been working in the beauty industry since 2013. I first got my Esthetician license then quickly realized that I wanted something that allowed me to be more creative. That is when I decided to get my Hairstylist license.
My favorite part about my craft is creating beautiful hair using different techniques; such as balayage, foilyage, and classic highlights. Although, my knowledge and creativity does not stop there. I love working with my clients to create the look that they want.
Not only do I love the actual “work” that goes into being a hairstylist. I equally love the community that it has brought me. My clients are the reason why I go to work everyday. I love getting to know each and every one of them!

I have been behind the chair since 2009. From the beginning, I was always drawn to color and wanted to understand it on a chemistry level. This pushed me to become a Board Certified Colorist as well as make continuing education a major part of the rest of my career. I am a forever student, passionate about learning & continuously improving my craft.
Growing up I was a wild child with messy hair that I had no idea what to do with. I was made fun of for my curls and I remember feeling so insecure about my hair. It took me a long time to embrace my curls and learn how simple hair can actually be. I realized I wanted to share this with others so they could feel empowered too! That's where the low maintenance just clicked. It doesn’t matter how much you don’t “get” hair. Your dream hair can be simple and achievable. I promise!
When I am not behind the chair, I love staying active so usually you can find me outside. I enjoy hiking, exploring the mountains and am forever trying to get to the ocean.

This Colorado native, has been boosting the confidence of brunettes for over 15 years. Lenise focuses on enhancing her brunette guest with beautiful styles, gray coverage and low maintenance lived-in color.
When guest seat in Lenise's chair they will expect to discuss if their cut, style and color are appropriate for their lifestyle needs. With her skills and knowledge with shears, razor, color and Brazilian Blowouts, Lenise will then plan how to get her guest to their long-term hair goals.

I joined Salon Cosabella when I moved back to Colorado in 2022, but I have 17 years of experience. After getting my bachelor’s degree in journalism, I decided that a career in hair allowed me more artistic expression. This industry suits my edgy, eclectic style, and I have enjoyed many opportunities throughout my career. I spent most of my career in Las Vegas, working on shows like Cirque de Soleil.
I have a lot of experience, so I am confident in everything I do. But this experience doesn’t stop me from striving to be a lifelong learner. I am super motivated by working with my clients and team to learn new techniques and refine my skills. I love creating lived-in colors and haircuts but do not shy away from edgy fashion colors and short, precision haircuts.
I am passionate about creating meaningful relationships with my guests, making them feel safe and supported while they are in my chair. One of my favorite parts of my job is watching my guest leave the salon smiling and feeling confident.
I love music and the fashion that comes with each genre. I love horror movies, EDM festivals, and Star Wars.
And one more thing, I hope to publish a book someday.

I find my inspiration for cutting through the training and expos that I attend. They offer great insight into the newest trends for the upcoming season and helpful techniques on how to execute with precision. I LOVE color. That is my passion, and I find my inspiration in everyday things whether it’s a great head of color walking by, the pages of a magazine, or things in nature or ... anything around me. I have spent a lot of time traveling and taking amazing classes that I feel really sets me apart. I am an American Board Certified Hair colorist. I have taken several classes in New York at the Bumble and bumble University, including styling, cutting and coloring. I have trained in Los Angeles and Las Vegas as well by attending several coloring seminars. Plus, I like to teach others, which is a great way to learn too!

I have been doing hair for over 13 years. I am very laid back and relaxed with my clients, especially with those who aren’t looking to be overly chatty while having their hair done. I enjoy a little bit of everything, from classical to eccentric, and find inspiration in shape and sculpture. I find that’s why I love doing up-dos and special occasion hair. I also love doing color — blondes, ombre variations, natural placements of hair color. The craft of cutting hair for both men and women, any length is something I take great pride in.
